It is used as a waterproofing material in areas exposed to significant temperature variations, permanently wet areas such as pools and water tanks, terraces, waterproofing of foundations and basements, and wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
It has excellent adhesion and elasticity. It can be applied on damp substrates. It maintains its elasticity even at low temperatures. It is resistant to freeze–thaw cycles. It is easy to prepare and comfortable to use. It is resistant to pressurized water.
